If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from you will be provided with a Credit Note of your Purchase Value if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only Online at Kindly Note: Credit Note will be valid for six months from the date of issue. This code can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be used partially. You can use this credit note for the purchase of same value or higher value.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.


You may return merchandise to us in the following way:
  • Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login

  • Click on ‘My Orders’ - > ‘My Returns’

  • Click ‘Create new return’ and select the items you want to return

  • Click on ‘Proceed’ and enter your address, the reason for return and whether you want R&B Store Credits or a Credit/Debit card refund (credit/debit card refund is applicable if you paid for your items using credit/debit card)

  • Our Courier will collect the item from you within 2-3 business days

  • Once the item is picked up we will refund the amount as R&B Store Credit within 48 hours or your respective bank account within a period of 7-14 working days (credit/debit card refund is applicable if you paid for your items using credit/debit card).

Note: we will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and reach our Customer Care at mentioning your order reference number. We shall then attempt replacement delivery at the earliest.

If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.


Exchange from Store:

Most of our merchandise can be exchanged from store except for Lingerie, jewelry & Cosmetics.

  • You can visit the nearest R&B store in Bahrain, and exchange the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, in original packaging, along with the original sale invoice

  • Take the Invoice copy or your Order confirmation email receipt copy as a mandate to initiate exchange from store

  • Hand Over your exchange to R&B authorised staff- take acknowledgement receipt from store staff to proceed

  • Now Exchange the product with similar product/size change or any other product of same or higher value in the store

  • If the Product to be exchanged exceeds actual value of item, please have the excess amount being billed & paid at store

  • No Lesser value exchanges will be accepted- Either same valued item or higher value to be acceptable

  • No Cash refunds & returns will be accepted at stores- ONLY Exchanges as allowed

  • Exchanges to be availed within 14 days of purchase window. Date exceeding the 14 days, will not be eligible for an exchange.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Returns policy: may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you.
